	How do I connect to my site via FTP?

Solution You will need to use the specific FTP details for your site. This information can be retreived by logging into the QuickHost control panel at https://cp.quickhost.com.

From within the control panel locate the your subsription and click 'Web Space' -> 'WebSite Configuration'. The FTP details are located under FTP Configuration.

Use the following settings in an FTP client such as Cute FTP, WS_FTP, or SmartFTP. To learn how to configure your email client, click here.

FTP Host: listed in your QuickHost Control Panel
Username: listed in your QuickHost Control Panel
Password: listed in your QuickHost Control Panel

* You can also find the above noted information in your welcome domain setup email.

Make sure to use Passive Mode FTP via Port 21. If you are using Dreamweaver: There are other options you are prompted to fill in, such as ftp directory, you need to leave these blank. You only need to fill in the FTP host, User ID, and Password fields.
